Make your own dumb Rayman theories!

The General was lying, the Grolgoth can in fact do the dishes.

Renderware was used for Revolution because the team behind it hated the PS2 and wanted it to look underpowered.

And they hated even more the PS1, so they scrapped most of Rayman's 2 content on this platform and downgraded the graphics.

This was part of a marketing strategy to make Revolution look amazing in comparison so that people would buy it.

This later went on to become Rayman Classic, with the addition of touchscreen controls for added difficulty. This was an attempt to make the game more of a challenge for advanced players.

The use of the touch screen in Rayman DS was intended as a difficulty setting, the two difficulty settings of the game were supposed to be named that way :
-Bleeding fingers (for the regular controls).
-Break your console's screen (for the touch controls).

The feature of Rayman 3 on GameCube having no option to revisit the current level or load from the pause menu was implemented to make life harder for you, because that way you have to walk over to your GameCube and reset it, then wait for it to load and finally load the save from the menu :)

Rayman Rush was intended to be the best version of Rayman M / Arena, but they only had the PS1 to make it, so they decided to cut again most of the content (but to keep Tily, since she is much more important and memorable than the Teensies :hap:) because they really hate the PS1.

Rayman had never even seen Globox before until they imprisoned them together in the Rayman 2 intro, but Globox is just so great and lovable that Rayman instantly became best friends with him when he said "Globox! My friend!".

There was nothing wrong with the colour purple in the Japanese version of Revolution, the devs were just high and though it would be funny to screw around with the colours.

Ed, The General, and all the other characters of this species, are all the result of a bad experiment involving plums and people of the Rayman's species.

Ray tracing is only becoming such a big deal with the latest GPU's because Rayman is so awesome!

Globox is blue only because he painted himself blue, that also being the reason that Rayman wanted to do the same thing too and paint himself blue as well.

Globox is actually based on a scrapped design for SEGA's mascot, Sonic the Hedgehog could have been a blue toad instead of a blue hedgehog !

Murfy was only pissed in Rayman 3 because he knew all along that Rayman 4 was a lie, though he knew he'd lose his job if he didn't comply. This is why he was shouting "I'm out" on the earpiece as he didn't want to go through with it.

Rayman was replaced by a paid braindead actor in disguise in the Rayman Raving Rabbids games, thus explaining why he was so weak in these games, and why he lost all his personality in Raving Rabbids 2 and the sequels released afterwards.

The real reason Rayman is so happy in Origins is because he fancies those Nymphs :hehe:
