Polokus may fit in elsewhere, though he would be a higher rank than Rayman since, as said by Hunchman801, he is the spirit of the world...

I guess he should be below Rayman 1, 2, 3, so then, Rayman 4 would be the highest rank with the bunny leader as the baddie.
We would just need to think of a baddie to go with Polokus, like Gumsi...
 
We do not even know how powerful the rabbid leader we saw is, so we cannot put him at the right place in the ranklist :|
 
Well he must be really important since he is their leader. What is higher than a leader?
 
Maybe he only leads his own ship. I do not think they would show us the main baddie in the first movie.
 
But whether he is big or small, or if he doesn't even fight himself, he is still important for creating the bunnies.
 
He may be important but we do not know how important he is so we cannot know where to put him in the ranklist.
