Rayman Glitches

Wow, that's odd.

That never happened to me on my PS2 copy though, that's why it was strange for me. I never expected that to happen there and also overall just how Globox calmly and slowly but surely walked down the air like that was really unusal for me to see and I was shocked and kind of amused to see something like that happen.

Yeah, that often used to happen to me. It happens when he lands on the spawner for the Hoodlums who run out of that corridor later.

Wait, there's a similar glitch in Rayman 1 with the invisible stairs thing, isn't there? Except with an enemy? (if I recall correctly)

There can also be an invisible Hoodlum sometimes if you go back the way you came after defeating Master Kaag. It happened me once on Xbox.

Found it again

Edit: why doesnz it show

So I was just playing my GOG version of Rayman 2 and Murfy's description of blue lums showed up when I passed a certain spot in the Fairy Glade.

I have seen that before, it's because the area is underneath where you're standing.

on the submit beond clouds fase 1, there is a glitch that alowes rayman to fly without the throttle copter runnijng out

is this glitch on ps2? i never got it working

I've never managed to get that to work on any version despite trying it a few times for the fun of it. I assume I wasn't doing it right.

I remember three glitches which I found in three Rayman games:
- When I was playing Rayman 2 (PlayStation version) on a PlayStation 2 at my paternal uncle and my paternal aunt's house, I was 14 years at this time. I tried to finish the Whale Bay many times and one of the times happened when I was attempting to defeat a purple Henchman 800. One of the energy balls made this Robo-Pirate disappear when he was hit, the music was still playing and the Purple Lum is nowhere to be seen, so I had no choice but to restart the level.
- When I was trying to finish the Eraser Plains, in the last phase of it where Rayman fights against Space Mama, a green pixel appeared when I used the telescopic fist before the ring pirate throws his earring. It happened to me when I was playing Rayman Advance on my Nintendo DS Lite months before I obtained a Game Boy Advance SP as a Christmas gift.
- When I was playing Rayman Revolution while still doing the "do not die even once" challenge, I restarted the level once when Grolem 13 almost kills Rayman, and I went back to that phase later. Upon arrival, the sky looked very strange and (if i don't remember) the track where Rayman confronts the boss is nowhere to be heard.

Rayman Advance and Rayman Revolution have a lot of glitches, and the tracks don't replay in a second visit to a level in Revolution normally, so that would have something to do with it. As for the PS1 version, I've only played it once, but I'd guess the disc just wasn't being read properly, but that also has glitches. The only versions of the game I played that didn't have any glitches that bothered me were the PC and Dreamcast versions.

Rayman 2 for the 3DS is very glitchy as far as understand.
Don't know about the IOS version but maybe that too.

iOS version is very solid. 3DS version actually patched a lot of original glitches, but introduces some new ones too.

I've often landed on the edge of a platform on 3ds and ended up walking in the air (I guess it can be a reference to the Christmas song :P), then had to jump from there.
