Anyway, here you can drive a tractor at 16 but you have to be 17 to drive a car AFAIK.
Everyone still drives them here anyway, though in fairness, they're clearly stolen.
So instead of stealing from cars like most crooks do here, they actually steal the car there!
I think he meant tractors, but if you think that's crazy, then get a load of what they do up north: steal diggers, then use them to steal entire ATMs, and then abandon the diggers themselves.
Someone went crazy not to o far from me before. He was responsible for helping building something, but then when they didn't pay him for it, he drove a digger through the front of it and started destroying it while others were in there. Lunatics.

Actually, it reminds me of the new kitchen we recently opened in our office. It was supposed to open earlier than it did, but the guys who were supposed to be putting the plug sockets in the wall just started randomly hacking holes in it, instead of going by the regular layout from the drawing. The panel had to be replaced.
