It is calming. I find that I can sleep easily when I hear it rain heavily outside. I don't mind thunderstorms.

We've finally had a couple of warm days here, but now it seems the temperature isn't going to rise above 20-22oC again this year.
 
Seems to be clear here at the moment and the sun is coming up.
 
It's fairly clear here and sunny, doesn't look like it's going to rain.
 
It appears to be mostly cloudy atm, and it's also very hot.

UPDATE: It's still mostly cloudy, though it's also raining while the sun is shining.
 
It's still warm in this house but that's probably just this room.
 
It's very warm in my room, the indoor thermometer shows +26oC, meanwhile it's just +15 outside.
