Windows 7 is finally ended support on January 14, 2020. I thought we have Bypass ESU in order to extend support. I don't know if is real but I saw on mydigitallife.
It also applied end support with Windows 10 Mobile and Windows Server 2008 (Vista).
Windows 7 or Windows 8?

Re: Windows 7 or Windows 8?
Both... But I have got two computers which their operating system is Windows 7.

That is to say, nothing wrong happened to my computer and it works correctly, despite Windows 7 has ended the support.
Well, this message did not come to my own computer which runs Windows 7:PopuriAO29 wrote: Wed Jan 15, 2020 2:24 pm Bump

Re: Windows 7 or Windows 8?
Nothing bad will happen, you just won't get any more software updates. Given the rate at which vulnerabilities are discovered and exploited by the bad guys, it could be considered unwise to use an un-updatable system...
Re: Windows 7 or Windows 8?
I remember this with Windows XP in April 2014, I hated having to abandon it because it was an OS I really liked for so many years.
Like Plum says though, I'd never use an outdated system these days. Security updates are important.

Re: Windows 7 or Windows 8?
I have fond memories of buying a Win7 disc on Komplett at the first opportunity, and then excitedly installing it the morning it arrived.
It was only later I developed a general dislike for Windows.

I remember starting to like 7, then people started being more or less forced to upgrade to 10.
