I was on holiday, so I couldn't post the topic. Hunchman801 will help me to translate the topic, because I don't know some words, and I'll be able to post it.
 
I will create the topic and manage Tings, but I thought foultzboyz would be the one who would receive PMs -_-

Each week, you have to send a PM to the member who manages the topic, with your vote concerning the best and the worst member of the week.
The member who will get the most positive or negative votes will be declared best or worst member of the week and will win or be subtracted 100 Tings.
 
But, isn't that too much for Foultzboy? I mean, why not do what Hoodcom said, where you click RIGHT under the member's avatar and choose between negative or positive and that way he doesn't HAVE to recieve PM's. :P
