Yeah the PC version is pretty nice too. The DS version uses really low quality textures, the controls are awkward (since they were ported from N64 which had an analog stick) and the framerate is also really low.

Not everyone seems to agree that the N64 version is worse than the original, though. Or even that it is not the original version. :P
 
Probably kids who owned N64 only felt blessed for having such game on their console, no matter the graphics.
If it wasn't for the DS version I owned, I wouldn't have never known Rayman 2. ;)
 
Even if it is the original, it's still worse than the PC version. :P
 
No version in particular is terrible though. I always said Rayman 2 is a thing of preference since they're all so different. It's only when you compare a version you like with another that you start to see that one as inferior.

Exactly that. I can confirm too.
 
Yes, and it's nostalgia thing. So when someone for example grew up on PS2 version, ofcourse that person will think PS2 is best one.

I grew up with the PC version myself and I think Revolution is the best one due to all the extra content and the hub world encouraging exploration.

Probably can be done if you ask the author. And the more quality samples of the voices you will send him, then I think the better.
 
Muszę przyznać, że wyszło nieźle, Brzytwobrody brzmi lepiej niż w angielskiej wersji (nie żebym fanboyował z Polskości :lol: ), bardziej złowieszczo, głosy Raymana i Globoxa też pasują, jakby kiedykolwiek powstał jakiś oficjalny dubbing do tej gry (mało prawdopobne, niestety, jest to już dość stara produkcja :sad:) to pozostawił bym ekipę aktorską z 3.
 
Yep, it's Polish :)
Translation: I have to say that it came out pretty nicely in the end. Razorbeard sounds better in Polish than in English (it's not that I'm fanboying because I'm a Pole or anything :lol: ). Rayman and Globox's voices fit as well. If any kind of official dub ever comes out for this game (kind of doubtful, honestly, it's pretty old game by now :sad: ) then I'd have used the Polish dub cast from 3.
P.S I've just learned about that cow meme, where have I been all this time :?
