I recently found out this video and seeing some of these old posts in combination with the music in the background really made me laugh. I don't think I have ever admitted this, but many years ago, when I was an occasional lurker, I was looking at the forums and my reaction to reading some of the posts was: "Mmmmh, maybe I don't want to join this place". I can't remember who was the author of the posts or what they were about. As you can see, my opinion about the site changed when I revisited the site years later, and finally decided to join.
 
Needless to say, RPC was home to a lot of a abrasive personalities back in the day, and that probably put some people off, but the quality of the discussions and the fun we had made up for all this.
 
Some of the Record Day threads and stuff I've seen from back in the day were kind of crazy yeah. :lol:
