It's not seconding anymore. It's more like thirding or fourthing or fifthing.
what? Is it just me or is this topic just going down a rabbid hole 🕳It's not seconding anymore. It's more like thirding of fourthing of fifthing.
I guess it would be just as hard to understand if it were in French or English thenWell, that's the only phrase I don't understand eitherThe dots are taken as an example of rings [It's that phrase in particular I'm not sure about]Is that an X or a ^ before "gli anelli"?

Same thing that confused me! I even tried some things like "a" or an "i" just in case but it doesn’t seem to be that either... Deciphering DavideSolianian hieroglyphs is harder than I thought!![]()
Umm…Aren’t you a few years older than me, though?
Ah yes, the airstrike on the three AGrunts. There's really no way of knowing that's about to happen, is there?WTCVhn6mt5E

I think now would be a good time for you to rectify thatAnd I’m such a boomer stuck in the past decades that I still haven’t played Portal 2 to this very day, nor did I even finish the first one!![]()
Ah, good old Ray, unchanging as ever!Oh... and to give some more "sparks of hope", guess what has been found again today, but this time by my family?![]()

That’s right, he’s still standing there in the very same shop to this very day! But unlike last year, Rayman doesn’t have to worry about warning us of the coronavirus with a sign!![]()

I turned off the HD models on my last couple of playthroughs since everyone keeps yelling about them, but I'm not sure what the fuss is about really…

At least they took down the sign. Most of them are still up here, even though the regulations are basically gone. Just today I went into a place with my colleagues and we realized that we could just "ignore all the yellow stuff" since it was telling us to wear masks etc when nobody actually needs to do that anymore!
At least they're a pleasant reminder that this era is behind us - or so we hope. It's pretty funny to still find some notices on doors or walls for that even today! Guess it's like the Christmas decorations, some just won't take them down, even a season later!![]()
If it's an adventure that actually takes place in Rayman's world, then that's a lot more interesting. I'm still skeptical about how the Glade will be rendered, and how the whole Mario + Rabbids things will fit in there, but I'm eager to find out!A lot of people think this DLC will just be a glorified cameo, like the one we had in Academy Of Champions: Football (remember that? no worries it was forgettable anyways). But this isn't the case. The DLC in the previous Mario + Rabbids we're separate stories, almost to the point of them feeling like seperate games. If anyone's played the Donkey Kong DLC, you'll know that DK is the (co-)lead there and the stories takes place in their world. This has been the case for the other DLC's and this will be the case for Rayman. So he's definitely not going to be just a playable character.

Lastly the whole Rabbids debacle and Ubisoft changing up it's higher ups. I get that people hate the Rabbids, at the same time people blame the Rabbids for Rayman not being in the spotlight again. I guess it's they're a manifestation of what I'll talk next about, but you can't really blame fictional characters for something they haven't even done (killing the Rayman franchise). Ubisoft for the past 10 to 15 years had not been the company I fell in love with. It's been a downright terrible company with especially Serge Hascoet on the front. I don't want to open that can of worms here, but just google why he is terrible. Serge has also been the one to decide that they're not making any more Rayman games. He has said so in an interview..
Admittedly, I haven't started playing Kingdom Battle yet but Mario RPGs for some reason have always gotten my attention, and adding a DLC (and Rayman, of all things!) on top of that? Makes me more curious about the game as a Mario fan. As a Rayman fan, I appreciate the effort made to include Rayman in the game and I think it's nice that Rayman has at least been acknowledged in some way. Though, I'm more inclined to side with Saturn's group on this one. I do think that Rayman deserves better and it's kind of ironic that Rayman had to be acknowledged through the Rabbids, given their origins. It's still something anyways and I am curious to see how this DLC plays out, so until we know more I think it's too early for me to make any real assumptions about where Rayman will go from this point.
I have a neutral stance when it come to Rabbids, but it bugs me to see people say that Rabbids kill Rayman, when Ubisoft is the one who created the Rabbids in the first place and it's ultimately up to them to decide whether they want to release a new Rayman game for consoles or not, and for the past (almost 10 years) now, I guess they've chosen to make more prominent Rabbids games instead and shaft Rayman to mobile, deal with it people.
