By going to the ACP of course! So I just did, and it seems that checkbox you showed is just about smileys appearing beside the text field for your post. There is no way to make them not appear on the "more smileys" page. So yeah guys, RaymanPC doesn't have any hidden smileys unfortunately! :hap:

Ah yes… Well, they're not strictly smileys, they're images on the server you can embed with img tags like any other…

Maybe we did, at some point, and we later decided to display them all on the posting page? :fou2:
 
What I meant was: I don't think there's a mechanism to have a hidden smiley in phpBB. They will all be displayed on the "more smileys" page no matter what. Unless you've modded in some secret ones that I can't even see on the ACP… :bad:

Anyway, apparently Velma is finally coming out. Also I just realized it's a bit strange that we don't have a Scooby-Doo topic…

Pirate-Community stuff usually belongs in the Members Forum, but I guess this is off-topic enough that it belongs here too. :fou2:
 
I've realized today that for Cyrillic characters in Italic, my phone just uses slanted versions of the regular characters:

Whereas my PC uses actual cursive forms, which have even more false friends than the regular ones:

Side note: what do people think of the new username colours?
 
I like them overall, however I think that the color for the german staff is not as legible as the others, I wonder how others perceive it.
 
Yeah, "dark blue" sounded good on paper, but there's definitely some room for improvement there…

Anyway I regret giving this thing oxygen now by posting it here. I just heard about it at work and had such a visceral reaction – apart from everything else, gaming has enough of a reputation problem without this kind of appalling stuff being touted! I hadn't realized that he runs a military contractor now, which does put this in context…

Back to sports; I don't watch sports. It's overrated. Some football stadiums have problematic histories or questionable work environments.
