It was slowly assembled since I got my first copy of Rayman 1 in 1996, and is still ongoing. Most of the copies were gotten either because they were special, or bundle of several games. I also aimed to have at least one representative of every game in the series (those that had PC versions, that is). Some copies were bought purely for the purpose of research, if I could get them cheaply.
I do not aspire to make it complete and surely it will never be able to match those of some great collectors (like Ryemanni, and others).
So here it is:
Top row, left to right
Rayman 1 (EU version 1.12), got it for purchasing a yearly subscription to a gaming magazine in Israel back in 1996. It may have come in a box which I haven't kept. I still have the manual.
Rayman SmartSaver US release by Softkey - purple disc, has US version 1.12, and some extra stuff from AOL. I misunderstood at some point, thinking that CD may have extra audio tracks compared to other releases (it has the same 25 tracks that all of them do).
Rayman 100 Niveaux - French release, includes "By His Fans" and "60 Levels" in French.
Rayman Collector - French release, contains 100 levels along with Designer and the original game.
Rayman Forever, US release with manual booklet. The booklet actually includes a full guide to the mapper and event editor.
Rayman 2, which I also got for extending the yearly subscription to said magazine at some point. It may also have come with a box and manual, but I have neither at this point.
Rayman Gold - the original UK release, the only complete big box release I have because I snatched it at a low price (and it was still shrink-wrapped too). It includes Rayman 1, Rayman Designer, a manual (large version of the booklet included with Rayman Forever), and this one has all the audio tracks intact.
Middle row, left to right
Rayman US blue disc release - very similar to the SmartSaver copy, except without the AOL junk. I think it was the original US big box release (I got the CD as a freebie at some point and never saw the box).
Raving Rabbids Russian Premium Games collection - has complete versions of RRR, RRR2 and Rabbids Go Home, all in Russian.
Rayman 3 Hebrew - fully localized release on 3 CDs, in keep case with manual
Rayman 10th Anniversary Hebrew release - Rayman 2, M, 3 and Print Studio - on 5 discs. Only box art is in Hebrew - games are the standard European versions.
Rayman Origins Russian Collector's Edition - the only PC collector's edition of Origins. Includes the artbook in soft cover.
Rayman Arena - US version, 2CD jewel case with manual booklet
Rayman 3 + Rayman 2 Bonus - budget re-release by Encore (R2 CD + R3 DVD) in a cardboard sleeve
Rayman 3 original US release - 3CD jewel case version with manual booklet (originally came boxed, I presume)
Bottom row, left to right
Rayman Gold Focus/Revival UK - the infamous re-release with no music tracks (got it before I learned that).
Rayman 100 Levels - Netherlands release which has "By His Fans" and "60 Levels" in English.
Rayman M - UK keep-case release which includes the map guide and the Rayman 3 demo.
Rayman 3 European version - original UK release on 3CDs in keep case with manual
Rayman 10th Anniversary - UK release on 2 discs (Rayman 2 CD + M, 3, Print Studio on 1 DVD)
Rayman Origins + Legends Double Pack - I bought it as soon as it became available in retail to support Ubisoft for releasing Legends for PC, despite rumors to the contrary. It still requires Uplay / Ubisoft Connect DRM.
Beyond Good & Evil UK release - 3 CDs in keep case + manual (not Rayman, but another famous game by Michel Ancel)
Beyond Goold & Evil US release - 3 CDs in jewel case + manual (I believe just the packaging is different; the disc contents is identical to the UK version).
If I ever feel like expanding the collection some more - one of the things I'd like to get is the Russian localization of Rayman 3 (kinda hard to order anything from Russia now, for obvious reasons...), maybe the French Rayman Anniversaire (with the Rayman cartoon DVD). Other collections (like the US 10th Anniversary or the Australian 'Rayman Collection') do not seem to add anything new to what I already have.
Feel free to post your collections!
