How long have you been on the pirate community?

Huh that is a good question but I feel like it would be like a crucial piece of the puzzle being missing 🤔

What puzzle? :?:

Also the title was driving me a bit crazy so I edited it :fou:

I've been here longer than I care to think about. You can see on my profile that I joined at the end of July 2009, which was a Friday. I've been here on and off since, joined the staff in 2017 and haven't looked back since :)

I have been here on and off (more time off than on) since I was like 11 or 12yo? Basically at the start of PC, Hunch and Ceres were both 15 and since I was scared of unknown people on the internet I told them I was 15 too to not scare them away.
Ended up falling in a non-reciprocal love with MissCeresOnline but I was not mature enough to act rationally / communicate effectively at the time.

I made progress in that department thankfully :).

Awesome community, forums are the true gem at the time of junk community tools like discord etc

Glad to see you pass by, supmachin! Whether mature or not, you were one of the pillars of this community in its early days and you'll always be remembered as such. Had it not been for you, maybe Pirate-Community would not be this unique place that connects the fans of 2003 with those of today, and soon, those of tomorrow. :)

And eventually those of the next day.

If "tomorrow" metaphorically means the future in general, then what does "the next day" mean in the same context? (Insert thinking smiley here – apparently  doesn't trigger an emoji, unlike "yum" :mefiant:)

I joined this site just a month or so before I turned 16. As I recall I joined just because I was interested in following Adsolution’s Revenge of the Dark project which…well still isn’t out. I ended up not doing anything on this site for several years though until 2020 when Rayman Mini reminded me of how much I missed the series and then I became a semi-active member on here. Where I think I may have actually become known among some members as the guy who couldn’t manage to get the Teensie’s Quiz finished up within a year.

I joined this website when I was 11 and I both am really happy about it and cringe about it at the same time. I remember I found some Rayman 2 easter eggs in Rayman 3 and I couldn't help myself but to check if other people found those easter eggs as well.

I'm pretty new to this community. I just joined a little over a month ago. :) I only properly got into the Rayman franchise two or three months back as well, so I'm a fresh newbie lol.
I have to say, as a youngin at the ripe age of 19, it's both cool and wild to see people that have been active in this forum since before I was even born!

I certainly never anticipated when I started this place that it would one day become older than some of its members! But that's the beauty of it, I suppose. :nostalgic:
