It is an amazing signature. So, after Ed was devoured by the hoodlums, the robo-pirates took his skeleton and chained it to a wall, that's very darkAnd, yes, this is why we never saw a sequel to Tonic Trouble. Trust me, I'm good friends with Michel Ancel..
Thank you, I appreciate that. I originally made it for the banner of my Reddit account before I got fed up of the place and left, so I'm glad to have found another community that appreciates Rayman as much as I do. I'm new so I didn't really understand how fierce this competition tends to be until after I entered, so may have bitten off a bit more than I can chew. I thought it was just a casual 'share your signature' community event.
It originally had nothing to do with Rayman as it was named after my love for the Professor Layton puzzle franchise combined with my interest in history (pottage is a thick soup or stew believed to have been primarily consumed during the Middle Ages). Don't exactly remember why it turned into a Rayman tribute, but I assume it had something to do with the occasional rustic aesthetic of Hoodlum Havoc, one of my favourite video games of all time.
As for Ed, I needed something to justify the look of horrified confusion on Rayman's face. The 'pottage' left him 'puzzled', you could say. I vaguely remember André threatening to nibble on Globox's innards at one point, so I just took things a step further. Oh, and the Hoodlum deep in thought? No idea. Don't ask.
