The You Game!

< Would fancy a newer iPhone indeed, but currently has an SE
< hopes ^’s enjoying it as much as < does <’s. :)

< is for sure :) < honestly finds having a home button handy

< is going to ruin the conversation and say that < highly dislikes Apple products

< is curious on why ^ feels that way

< has had good experiences with Apple products so far...

< hasn’t, the iPad < had for 5 years and <‘s grandma had for 10 shut because Apple stopped supporting it :mefiant:

< can certainly understand this, since < especially dislikes Apple for a lot of things. Such as causing the stupid notch fad in the screens, and even putting a damn notch in their laptop screens.

Don't get < wrong, < has always liked having an iPad, but < wouldn't use an iPhone since < will stick with Android devices for phone needs.

< does own a 2013 and a 2017 MacBook Pro that < bought used off a friend. < does like them, but < also wouldn't use MacOS nor MacBooks as a primary computer by any means. They do come in handy because < does like Final Cut Pro, especially since it's a one time license cost compared to everyone else wanting subscription fees. (< Wouldn't buy a MBP new, used was easier to do for <.)

< remember something, < used to have a Mac and at some point the laptop stopped working after an update, < could not fix it and had to pay someone to retrieve the data and restore the computer to the factory settings, < found out the computer could not handle the newest version of the operating system, that's why it crashed, however < can't remember seeing a warning about that (like in Windows where you can see a warning if your computer can't update to Windows 11).

having said that, it is normal for devices to become too old to receive support and for an iPad, 10+ years seems like a really good lifespan.

< got to see Neo and another friend in person recently last week. Especially since we got Splatoon 3 and hung out in person. 8)
< met Hoodcom for the first time after 10+ years it is still sinking in, but it was a blast.
Awesome! < hopes to get to meet you guys too, one day. :D

< Missed this, but < also hopes we get to meet Hunch. If anything, Hoodcom is the best place for us to meet if we planned anything. < Would need a plane, and so would Hunch.

< Isn't surprised. Hoodcom and < recently discussed Rayman 2 and Rayman 3, and both of us have ADHD so < and Hoodcom gets distracted from time to time.

< Meeting Hoodcom and other friends was. It was a cool meeting. We played videogames and had good food. The leftovers!

< Will respect Hoodcom here and let him answer if he so desires. Yet, it was really cool for < to meet the person he used to message on MSN Messenger back in the day. Crazy, ain't it?

< Met Hoodcom here first. We have known each other for years before < and him met. Meeting online friends does take effort and money though. At least, more money and effort than usual, but it can be worth it.
