I'm back, finally. Tired af, but at least I could see some beauties in Lyon! A park near where we stayed is probably what I liked the most.
I was already warned, but many of my colleagues didn't really give a damn... Spanish lunch/dinner time is completely different, so most of the times they thought we wouldn't have any problem at looking for somewhere to dinner at 9:15 pm. We always found somewhere to have dinner, but they talked to us pretty badly, and the worst thing was that they never learned the lesson and made the same mistake over and over again! In the end I assumed that wherever I went they were going to talk to us like sh*t xDD
Another thing that struck me about France is that they're much more trusting than in Spain when it comes to public transportation. Where we went they gave us a ticket valid for five days use of the bus/metro. The first few times we showed that we had the ticket, but then we realized that nobody really did and that you could get in for free without anyone checking to see if you had a ticket! I don't know if they are too innocent, but they do that in Spain and I assure you that the bus/metro company ends up going bankrupt in just a few weeks
It's been a curious experience. It wasn't entirely enjoyable because it has been for work reasons, but it wasn't that bad!
