In the end you're also reaching the midnight so I can't see big difference at all
Well that's because you live over there so ofc to you it would be midnight, over here it would be 5pm when RD ends.

All-nighter implies being 24 hours posting, not only during the night. And the lapse between different posts can't be more than 30 min.I don't quite know what that means

He means if you slip and lose the bonus (i.e. go over 30 minutes without posting) you don't get it even if you stay consistent the rest of the time i think is what he means.
