I'm going to guess 4 - Rayman Advance (GBA), Rayman Ultimate (Pocket PC), Rayman Classic (iOS, Android).
 
Just in case you were thinking about the GBC port - I am aware of that, but I consider it a distinct game (it's quite different game content from Rayman 1). However, there are probably other ports of Rayman 1 I forgot about. :oops2:
 
You never mentioned in your question that we had to state which ports. Is Lyndo not correct or something?
