I don't remember how much stronger the golden shots are compared to silver, but I believe the first Barrel Pirate is in Whale Bay, after Rayman receives the golden shot upgrade.

Question 7: how many shots does it take to kill a barrel pirate in rayman 2?

I'm confused, since it clearly says on https://raymanpc.com/wiki/en/Barrel_Pirate - "resistance = 20 HP (PC, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast)". 1HP = one normal shot. Unless I misunderstood the question?
