I don't think it's that unpopular though, surely a lot of people like it, but many hate it too and a bunch of others might either like it but prefer others or simply feel neutral about it. Maybe that's a poll to add to the next edition of the Favourite Rayman Game Survey? It would have a contain a ridiculous number of options though.

Speaking of which, it's pretty interesting how different this level is in the PlayStation version. I still prefer the original layout, but I also like what they did in that version. One more reason to like it.
