Question 15
In which year was the PAL and NTSC-U version of the first Paper Mario released?

In retrospect I was not paying attention to this.

As for the question now, I’m going to say a location in Europe. London maybe?

London is correct. There were rumors about a new game in Tokyo, but I think that's very unlikely to happen if you ask me...

Question 17
Bullet time was popularized in the cinema by The Matrix, but which game series popularized it in videogames?

I want to say Need For Speed, I'm expecting this to be wrong, but I remember Most Wanted had the ability to slow down time. Whether or not it was a pioneer in it I don't know.

It isn't correct, but kudos to you because that was a nice guess. iirc, Need for Speed introduced the bullet time for the first time in Most Wanted, and it's one of the classic examples of its introduction in videogames. However, someone did it first!

It was Max Payne!

Question 18
What do Rayman 2 and GTA: San Andreas have in common?

What do Rayman 2 and GTA: San Andreas have in common?
Oooh, this is way too generic a question! There are many things one can think of. What are the odds of me guessing what you had in mind? :P

I'm going to propose the following options:
  • Both are 3D games played largely in the 3rd person
  • They were both released at the end of October (R2 in 1999, GTA:SA in 2004 - the first PS2 release, other ports came later)
  • The early retail copies came with a physical manual and map
  • Worldwide retail versions included English, French, German, Italian and Spanish languages
  • dr_st (that is me) likes both games

Well I’m not the quizmaster but I can tell you the odds are 100^infinity times better than the other answer. Speaking of which…

Their best version was released on the PS2?

And you know Rayman Revolution is the best version how?
