OK, I'm thinking it's Example B, the long narrow one, since I don't remember that size being used in any of the 24 levels (it's more like the seed level in the original game). That is assuming that I haven't misremembered which one Example B is, and assuming that I haven't forgotten that size being used in any of the levels :mefiant:

It's not that early, and I'll give a hint - surely it cannot be BEFORE the first level which introduces the Golden Fists normally. :)

So now, coupled with Jonster's answer, you have a minimum and a maximum.
