Rayman Headcanons

I will explode in my chair if I don't at least talk about one of mine so:

I've been sticking to the idea of Rayman having a "species" but having them be rare enough for him to still be standout.

These beings aren't born or created by anyone but rather manifest on their own. Typically they possess some sort of small bag/sack and use it as their body (I have the idea of Rayman's "hoodie" being a now repurposed silver lum bag) until they find/make their own... Clothes? Body? man idk how to describe it just know they don't have a physical torso. They got fabrics that adhere to their funny laws of existing. Also they can store stuff inside their clothes since it usually only has the one top opening.

I had the name "pouch fairy" in my head for a bit but idk. funny little guys : )

Here’s me and BlueGoop222’s rayman 2 headcanon: the whole plot is based of coffee

First of all, rayman is always really hyper, and always says “calibrew stew!” Which is of course, referring to coffee. Theo is all the evidence we need to come up with this theory. When Razorbeard took over the glade, he banned coffee. However, rayman was addicted to it, so he kept drinking it anyway. Because of this, Razorbeard threw him in jail. To get him out, Ly gave globox a silver lum which has permanent coffee effects built into it.

Oh do I have headcanons galore…

[Elite Piranha]

- There is a clan, founded by Ly, that wants to preserve the lost culture of The People of Phrys. The founding members are all fairies, but individuals of other races eventually joined and all of them wear the same type of clothes, which The People of Phrys used to make.

- Ly has been missing for a long time, and since she was very beloved by differents groups (including the clan she founded), statues and shrines dedicated to worship her were built, some stumble upon them thinking she was some kind of deity. Rumours have been spread about she having the ability to grant wishes.

- Ly went on a mission to find the whereabouts of Mr. Dark, since she believes he didn't perish and is hiding somewhere, waiting for the opportunity to come back. Ly found out that some of the people that followed Mr. Dark fled to various distant places and started to recruit followers, waiting for the day that their leader shows up again. Some of these followers include: Rigatoni and Ales Mansay.

Edit: the enemies of Ly, destroyed some of her shrines, so people started to build them in secret places.

3 headcanons I use in my AUs:
1) Dark Ryman and Raymesis were mae by Mr. Dark and they are brothers. Dark Rayman has the ability to possess someone's body and if h did not like it or did what he wanted to do he kaces it. But then he found his oermanent favorire - Shadow Ray, who liked slent films and was kinda similar to Dark Rayman soo the latter straight up kidnapped him and possessed him to the point of killing Shadow Ray. It's like overwriting MBR if you are a malware.

2) Raybox was born the week after Rayman's prank and is Rayman's little stepbrother. While Rayman was pranking Globox Ales was spying on them both, wanting to make a dark clone himself, just like his idol, Mr. Dark did, so he made a rough sketch of his villainous plan that ended up failing, which caused it to transform into the kindest villainous plan ever! Rayman was feeling down because Globox disappeared on August 3rd for no reason and he couldn't find him anywhere... and then Raybox fell from the mountain by accident... and after meeting each other he took him to the doc to check if he's okay. 3 days later, he adopted him as his friend at first... then they became brothers and now they live together.

3) Globteen is a medic. Despite being the only Globox Fanclub member, he's been busy with medicine studies si that he could help EVERYONE in the Glade of Dreams, unless they are nightmares. He hates nightmares. But it's unlikely he'd kill them. He'd just kick them out. He has healing powers because of his medical education. And he has medical glade licence.

I have been watching Robotomy and in one of the episodes a picture shows up of a character who looks extremely similar to Razorwife. My headcanon is that she actually looked like that when she went to a school specially built to train robots who would eventually travel across space and conquer other worlds. That's where she and Razorbeard met for the first time.

Razorwife was from a wealthy family and Razorbeard from a scrapyard.
