Haven’t played this one yet. The only place in the game I currently know is The Citadel so I’ll guess that.
 
I know this is a double post, I'll just merge it once Pirez sees the answer has no edits.
Although I know it because it has appeared literally everywhere, it's definitely one of those games I'll play in the future after finishing Hollow Knight. I'm really enjoying the experience at all, it's one of those games that rewards exploration.
