The You Game!

< is setting up a schedule for <‘s self on school nights to make < procrastinate less.

On mondays, < will do some web development.

On tuesday < is at college and gets home late. < is thinking of things that could replace this when college ends for < in December.

On whensday < will make Kandi.

On Thursdays, < will play a video game.

And on Fridays, < will stream on twitch.

Weekends are a free for all where < can break away from the routine and just do whatever. < thinks this is a good idea, and < should probably write it down some where.

< is just focusing on sleeping at a more normal time for < at the moment. <‘s record is currently at 3-3:30 in the morning, want to get to 2?
 
< will be planning on also repairing the Sound Blaster AWE64 Gold (CT4390) that < has on hand. When < had acquired it a while back, one of the tantalum capacitors for the audio output channels was partially broken. < finally got around to looking into it again and got a lead on the capacitors < needs.
 
< hopes the repair goes well for ^.

< also recently found <'s old Sound Blaster Live 24-bit. < hasn't got anything it will fit in to test whether it works or not unfortunately.
 
< Thanks ^ for that. < began a spreadsheet to put together a list of capacitors to order, since it'd be better savings on shipping by bulk ordering. < will want to replace capacitors in the older power supplies for some of the retro game consoles and computers, and anything on the primary voltage rails on the motherboards as well, as the average age of the electrolytic capacitors are 30, and < doesn't want these to be ticking timebombs in the retro computers.

< Has learned this lesson on vintage audio gear back 10+ years ago that the stuff from 1970s and earlier need new capacitors. Usually if capacitors open, nothing bad will happen, it's always when they fail in a shorted state that's an issue. Hence why < wants to focus on the power supply circuitry first.
 
< spent the week-end playing Pokémon Z-A. < has opinions.

< was supposed to have a scrimmage this week-end but the other team cancelled. The bums.

< also realized that < forgot to do the McDonalds Monopoly thing yesterday. Thanks morning headache. :oops2:
 
< has seen middling views on the game, but < has heard it's got the best character customisation, which < admits has been something < has enjoyed in more recent games.
 
< remembers liking the character customization a lot in Ultra Moon, which < had a lot of fun with.

< never actually played this one, but < remembers playing Moon almost a decade ago and enjoying it. < hadn't played a lot of the modern Pokémon games, though <'s gf got really into Arceus at one point. < does own that game and had played it a few times, but < didn't really ever play it for long enough to get very far for some reason. <'s still most familiar with gen 1 and gen 2. :hap:
 
< wonders if there’s somebody kind enough to get < closer to 100K Tings? < wants to rock the Razorwife rank :mrgreen:
