I don't really like classic rock though, more like heavy/power/speed/thrash metal for me. And hard rock too.

Stairway to heaven is one of the coolest classic rock song ever, by led zeppelin. It's about 10 minutes long, though.

No way! Stairway to Heaven was rated one of the top rock songs of all time. It was even rated the best guitar solo, and the album it was on was rated top album. These all come from Rolling Stone (magazine) by the way.
