Notes: Video may be graphically disturbing--while it makes a good song summary, the squeamish may have to clean up the pre-digested food chunks that they will likely end up spewing. (It was a banned video) She does slit and peel off skin with a razor blade, and while low-budget and easily recognizable material used, it may still be too much for some stomaches. Unusual for a Daft Punk song I know...
As for meaning by the way, if you did watch it, I speculate that it references to Body Dimorphic Disorder. She looks at all of these living skeletons on television, in pictures--representing very slim people--yet still sees skin and flesh on herself. (They only appear as skeletons in her mind, yes.) She is overweight and wants to be like them, so she goes to the bathroom and finds the aforementioned razor, with which she intends to peel the skin off with. She starts slitting and peeling it off, to reveal not a skeleton, though flesh and muscle, and faints at the sight. (Of course, she didn't just faint.) Her parents find her on the bathroom floor, dead, while the camera zooms across the photos that once showed skeletons--now showing skin and flesh.
