When it's cold I seem to find sleeping easier, I can snuggle up to the duvet lol ^^

Lol, I can't sleep with the heat neither. When all 5 hurricanes hit florida, NO AC, NO FAN. My bed got sweaty, and I COULD not sleep. I had to walk around and sleep on the couch on that day of AGONY.

Try taking a paracetomal, they help almost anything...

Or take sleeping Pills (preferably Valium), combined with Horlicks, Knocks you out. Sleep for 12 hours a night on that combination.
