I guess it's because he eats far too much plums for breakfast lunch and dinner. He probably eats them as a midnight snack too :P
 
I don't know if they are really frogs. though they certaintly look like it(moreso in Raving Rabbids), but it is interesting to note that Globox can be turned into a frog by Begoniax in Hoodlums' Revenge.

Speaking of Globoxes, is anyone ever going to rip Dark Globox's race theme?

I looove this game, even though everyone gave it bad reviews n stuff. I wish I never gave it away, I'm starting to get back into Rayman.
