Re: Rayman 3
yeah, that was fun. i used to get stuck on one bit though, and globox always overtook me, but then i realised you go faster on the outside edge.
Re: Rayman 3
I don't see the point why Ubisoft designed Rayman to advance by beating Globox to the end...

Re: Rayman 3
rayman stops globox and their combined wieght makes the icy floor fall through.
really, they probably just thought it would be fun (and it was) and then that was the only way they could think to include it.

At least that shows teamwork.

The way I see it--it's Ubisoft...they're prone to do strange things...

Ah, The Hoodlum HQ. I like this place. And the lady with the sexy voice.

Re: Rayman 3
I think my favorite level is still the Faerie Council.

I like it because of how beautiful it looks. I only wish the level was longer.

Re: Rayman 3
Not to mention the music that plays in it...I really loved that whole part. If only it wasn't so short...I think if it would have been done Revolution style with the explorable parts, they could have made it so you could explore it from top to bottom, maybe go into a library and read a book (which would detail a bit about the world's history), or run into a Polokus altar, or just checking out the many chambers and rooms. 83 I'd especially love it if there were even little tags at some point, like 'This used to be the room of Betilla the fairy, until she left to guard the Great Protoon'. 8D

Re: Rayman 3
I always imagine the Council as a sort of a home for a number of Teensies, and most fairies. Some choose to live outside (like Ly), while others stay, instructing each other and working on making it an even more lively place. It would have been awesome if you could have randomly run into fairies and Teensies along the way, not just in a cutscene. You could have see them repair a mural, for instance, or just plain hanging around. Talking to them would have made them show you where you need to go next, share game tips, or just general gossipping. What I mean is, the Council had so much potential to be filled with life, it's sad they missed out on it.
Re: Rayman 3
That sounds so beautiful I'm downright sad it wasn't that way in the game. :< Gossiping in the halls of the Fairy Council would have been awesome.

Re: Rayman 3
I can imagine hearing things like 'My wings are tired...' 'I'm going to pick some flowers today, wanna tag along?' 'How can you LIVE with a hairdo like that?' or if they're really evil: 'Ly and Rayman sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G!' XD
