Rayman Remixes and Mixes (last updated: March 21, 2014)

I wish, but I don't have the right tools right now regarding samples and the program to remix it with...

I used to make my songs with a program from Nero, but now I have ModTracker to make some mixes. I have some good samples; but I need also the original Rayman songs, perferably in either .MOD, XM, S3M or IT format, so I can have an overview of the samples and make the remixes with them...

I download a Rayman track or I rip one by myself. Then I cut some samples out of the track using Audacity. Then I try to find the BPM count using a BPM counter javascript webpage. Then I mix it using Jeskola Buzz, the tool I use to make my music tracks.

Best of all, it is all free stuff (except for the Rayman tracks)

It is a sequencer. I use it to mix the ripped samples. I also use it to add more instruments and effects. Like TechnoMurk, it contains a few more instruments than the original. And a nice kick. ActionRunner has a kick in it too, I added it using Buzz. ;)
I remix and add stuff to it too.

What do I do with Buzz?

I make all of my tracks with Buzz, including my Rayman remixes.

This track is opened up in Buzz when the screenshots were made.

Tadaaa! That's it. A small explanation on how I remix the ripped Rayman samples in Buzz.

I personally have ModTracker, it allows me to mix samples in .wav format to .s3m, .it, .mod, .xm, and I can even export them to Wav files (and if I use Windows XP in a Virtual PC, I can export them to .mp3!)

I think I am going to try to make a completely new track based on the Rayman 2 and 3 tracks.
But I'll be unable to work on it for a week because I am going to sail with my classmates.
I'll start working on it now and I'll try to finish it when the week is over.

UPDATE!

I don't know if you know this, but the 30-second end of battle mode songs (the song you hear when the final minute of time mode has begun) can be mixed to one whole song!

Here is my interpretation on a mix of all the end of battle mode songs:

You should listen to it, it sounds pretty cool in my opinion...

What the! That sounds awesome!

My favourite Rayman M track is in it too. I somehow like Rise and Shrine a lot. Maybe because of the 'Rayman-fantasyness'.

We should try to mix something together.

I have a decent load of samples, which I can put together in MODTracker, so I can give it a try.

I personally liked how the bits in my latest mix follow each other up.
