What do you want in Rayman 4?

i'd actually like to have all the good guys. it'd be hard to give them all important roles, but they could at least make a brief appearance.

Of course

but dancing........it's a different kind of strange. it doesn't really suit. whoo! bashing people up and suddenly...now i'm dancing! ahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa!

This is a series where Doctors used Globox as various instruments to try and get Andre out. Using the almighty power of Dance (second only to the power of ROCK) in a way not seen since the old Michael Jackson Moonwalker game doesn't seem like that far off of a concept for Rayman.

but it just doesn't seem right for rayman to suddenly start dancing in an action adventure game. it suits teensies (always) and it suits party games, but eh...

I'd like a free-roaming hub area. Not as realistic as one big streaming world, though much easier to navigate. For example, I bought Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2 on the Xbox a few years ago, and it used one big streaming world. (Well, almost. The cheap kind of streaming world though, like Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, with the "load tunnels".) I could hardly make my way around at times. The first in the series, though, used the hub area idea (likely inspired by Rayman 2: Revolution's success) that I thought worked well.

Partially agreed. My wish are a few free roaming hubs WITH DANGEROUS THINGS and about fifty long, more linear levels, but with a few ways. And dozen of secret passages like Fairy Glade cage no. 7.

Getting back a few characters from every game. Not all. Another can get back in R5. That's the point.

My Idea

The free-roaming hub should not have enemies but have a town like hub around the Fairy Council (Which would be the Fairy Glade, you would find a shop, an extras, an arcade for mini-games, and your friends' houses), a big freeroaming headquarters and you could go outside in the Clearleaf Forest. Inside the Fairy Council you would go to the Heart of the World to choose missions.

When choosing missions, you are chosen to go to a distinct place in the Glade of Dreams, you would have to go outside the Fairy Glade and in the Clearleaf Forest you'll find pathways to the place you want to go, go through these pathways and you'll enter your Free-Roaming level though on a map you will have in the game, you are shown the correct path, other paths may lead to nothing or items that could help you (aka Diamond mania, Red Lum mania, or a cage).

Some paths will take long and you can call your friends like Moskito, Bzzit, and Sssam to help you through your journey or ride on pigs, sharks, giant spiders or giant eagles you may find on your path.

You have the ability to use your hands, feet, and helicopter hair as weapons.

Hands: For punches, energy ball throwing, fist throwing, and karate chop fists of fury.
Feet: For Kicking, Foot throwing, kicks of fury, and drill kicking.
Helicopter Hair: Drill kicking, Helicopter hair charge, and those 50 ways how to use your helicopter hair.

Co-Op Missions:
In Rayman 4, I had spread the idea of Co-Op missions.
Or the whole game could be Co-op mode but can choose if you have one player or not.
Globox's Powers:
Punch, Energy ball burp, blow-up gliding, Acid Rain powers.
Clark's Powers:
Punch, Kick, Ram (could also be used for knocking down walls for secrets or to go to next part of level), and Ram.
Ly:
Punch, Kick, Energy Ball, Energy Blast (much more effective), Little Healing Power.
Others are not thought of but just thinking currently.

Alternatives:

Everything's the same as I said above except the whole world is FREE-FUCKING-ROAMING!

Those are my ideas of Rayman 4.

Ly in a that Yellow and Black suit from Kill Bill instead of wearing the jump suit. Now that's what I just thought.

Oh. Looking good... But one big free roaming world isn't good idea.

Something for Sonic fans: Super-transformation!

If there would be some co-op missions (but with possibility of selecting AI, please, I usually play alone), that would be interesting to see levels WITHOUT RAYMAN.
E.G.
Rayman has to buy a plane. (To get somewhere.) But he need license. So he goes to the examinator, but he realises he forgot money/lums/whatever else and it is too late to come back. So somebody brings him whatever.
Another E.G.
Rayman has been caught.
Another E.G.
At time Rayman and someone are destroying one part of engine of a very big tank of enemy, sometwo and somethree are destroying second part of it.
Another E.G.
Rayman get with someone to the point they have to split ways.

Of course, another character = another path.

EDIT: Forgot one s.

Beer one? You mean beer?

Oh. Better. O.K., wings for walking missile.

And... what about Super Rayman?
