I making new user bars some time soon. They'll be the same concept as the ones that are currently in use, just revamped with color, and images.
 
Apparently there's an online website that produces userbars with images on (of course, with criteria).
 
That website is shit. If you want a real userbar, make it yourself in Photoshop (or if you're obiedent of the law/cheap; GIMP).
 
Xenon's sig is in fact unratable. It's just a bunch of big, yellow letters in an ordinary font. :|

GIMP is a free alternative. And if you're lucky, maybe Uncle Tor will give you Photoshop for free! :o
