Can you tell me step-by-step on how you did it, TK? I have phpbb on my computer.

1. Make account and make sure you activate Php/MySQL
2. Upload forums with FTP, make sure you extract the ZIP's in 2 folders.
3. Configurate forums, with: URL/(F/f)orum(s)/
4. delete contrib and install
Done.

I know now what do to, but how do I do it? Lycos has so many buttons, and sometimes, I get lost. I don't want to click on the wrong thing!

I understand your point, but the only way to let me working on your board is to give me the access to your files and to your database. I don't need to be an admin to do this.
