Accumulation 2 makes it explode, and also makes it more powerful i think.
As for your answers....i might have to double check but i'm quite sure it's more.
 
Maybe you're thinking of Rate of Fire? I thought Accumulation 2 costed venesty Lums.

Excuse me, was there any hoodlum you fighted in FC-2? I only fighted some women there. And Slapdash appears on start of FC-3. At least in my PC version.

First you see Andre's Hoodlum, after you beat him, Andre comes out and tells you this crap then runs away like a fucking pussy, then you get the vortex suit and then you see a Slapdash.

Trust me, I PLAYED IT YESTERDAY.
 
Matyuv gets it, but you're all wron g about the location, they shoot at you in the very first level. :o
By the way though, according to my version they're called Hoodmonger Privates. Why does everyone else call them hoodblasters?
Anyway, i'm pretty sure the scores so far are:
Drol - 2
Xenon - 1
Matyuv - 1
