The Longest Shortcut is indeed the correct answer. There's three parts in TSBTC as well, but there's many more cans there.

@Joshua: Oh, sorry. But what? They are 5 Parts. The first with the two big combos, the second with the much hoodlums on the ballons, the third with the flying hoodlums (apocalypse or so), the fourth with the 4 green gems including the first three forms of Reflux and the last with the last form of Reflux.

Nope, this is why I've said it always has 3 parts.

Q:
Which level in R2 (PC version, at least) has, for some reason, "always new and always the same power"?
(Note: as the 3rd Slapdash in R3, this can be Polish edition bug. I can eventually change this thingy.
 
Beneath the Sanctuary of Rock and Lava, you always get the fly power to go trough that level, and at the end Foutch always takes it awy from you :D
