All he did was create an account to imitate you, I'm afraid it's not a reason enough to ban someone :? It's not like if you had been hacked after all :|
 
It depends on many other circumstances but the hardest would certainly be to prove that he is the hacker.

But man, giving a guy the death pnealty because he likes Rayman 2 GBC more than any other Rayman game is sick :P
