I'd like to fight him on land, and you should have to climb him, SotC-style, and get into his hatch and kill the Hood/black lum within! :P

Yeah, then the Hoodlum throw out Rayman and he must climb up again! :D Or wait, that reminded me about another boss... :S

OOPS! I didn't see Xenon's post before CheatCat's one, so I thought Xenon had gone crazy.

I think it perfectly plausible that Celoche is controlled by a black lum in the same way that black lums control Hoodlums.
Bah, I've already dismissed this discussion. Since we could identify a creature (Hoodlum?) controlling Celoche, THAT is where the Black Lum lies (if it is a Hoodlum of course) and thus not Celoche. The two cannot be connected.
You said that we could identify a creature controlling Celoche. When did we identify this creature?

There is a figure in the mouth of Celoche, who seemingly controls him with levers and buttons (we don't see these but they are suggested through hand/arm movements). You can see it when the mouth is opened to fire shots.

Celoche fight

That looks more like a missile turret that a figure.
And what would be the point of Celoche's eyes if its pilot was inexplicably inside the weapon-launching mouth?

Well, it can't be alive anyway for it's only a machine. I have no idea why there are eyes, perhaps it's just to make it look more intimidating?
And I believe that the thing inside its mouth is not part of Celoche. Notice how the LEUUU sign appears only over that figure - and such a sign only appears over a Hoodlum.

It appears over other enemies, like the tiny spiky things in TFC and TLOTLD, and the red guys that pop up out of the ground in TFC, and when you hit the crazy shoe. Nowhere does it say that it only happens with Hoodlums.

That figure thing looks like a Lavomatrix, I think, sort of.

Hoodlums don't transform into black lums; their suits get destroyed, leaving the black lum outside. There is no magical "transformation" between black lum and Hoodlum, just the weaving of a suit.
I tried to tell him that too. :(

But if Celoche should be in Rayman 4, should it be on land or underwater? I think it would be relly cool to fight aganist Celoche on land!
I agree. I reckon those things could be pretty destructive, and portrayed them as such as my fanfic. :P

No, I mean the letters that appear when damage is inflicted on a Hoodlum.

Yes but I wasn't talking about the $ sign. I already knew it appeared over other enemies, in fact I know the reason it appears to :hinhin:

He was talking about the $ sign appearing on other enemies as well as Hoodlums...
I, on the other hand, was talking about the GRAAA, KOOPPPN, LEEUU and JNIIIII letters.
