It's fun, I killed two in one shot.
In fact, once I killed two Hoodmonger Privates in one shot. :shock: I fully charged the lock jaw and fired a curved shot at one, but another one jumped in the way and it killed both. :twisted:
 
Oh killing Hoodlums with the Lockjaw is so much fun. It's possible to kill of an Elite Monger (requires six shots!) in under a second by electrocuting it.
