You just need to be active and answer ten questions in a row. You need to win in order to gain ownership of the quiz, and as sfn said, people who whinge and complain don't deserve to run the quiz anyway.

Q: What are the different moves of the first moskito in Rayman 1 (i.e. in which ways does it attack)?
 
First, he'll try to stab Rayman with his sting then if Rayman punches him ( while stabbing, or just after stabbing ) he will fly towards Rayman with his sting faced forward.
 
Moskito will randomly do two methods: Stinging with his stinger or Zooming like a Rocket from the left or right hand side. Either way, Rayman can still attack Moskito.
 
Stinging with his stinger
Zooming at the right side of Rayman's head
Zooming at the left side of Rayman's head
Zooming at the left side of Rayman's feet
Zooming at the right side of Rayman's feet
Carrying a giant fruit in a Moskito's Nest level (though that's debatable whether it's Moskito or Bzzit; in the PS1 version its colours seem to suggest it's Bzzit)
[In the Atari Jaguar version only] Shooting lasers at enemies while Rayman rides him
 
Spiraldoor gets the point. That moskito sometimes attacks Rayman's head and sometimes his feet was what the others missed out. However, I was talking about the first moskito in Anguish Lagoon and not about the one in Moskito's nest, so cross the thing with the fruit off.

Q: Decide, which of these three statements are right and which are wrong:

3. Mr. Sax makes an appearance in Gong Heights.

2. False because there are only 3
3. False, Mr. Sax makes an appearance in Allegro Presto but not in Gong Heights
