TSOSAF is also the only level you can go through with very few lums because they're not on your way, but always in more or less secret passages.

Yeah, you're right indeed. I love searching for secret rooms or passages, foremost in TSOSAF. The first cage, at example, is very good hidden.
Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
Indeed, I love how the "secrets" (although they aren't really secrets because there's an obvious trail of yellow lums signalling them out) are so nicely distributed. I prefer to ignore them though because it takes ages to get all the yellow Lums and cages.

Well, for me it's important to collect/beat/do everything in a game. I'm gettin' my friends or family on the nerves, when we play something I say: Hey, you didn't collect the weapon there in the edge
Well, does anybody has the soundtrack of TSOSAF?

Hah I do that as well. Especially if it's on my own game, I don't want people to miss things outmostwanted82 wrote:I'm gettin' my friends or family on the nerves, when we play something I say: Hey, you didn't collect the weapon there in the edge![]()
Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
I am very competitive, so I always have to get everything there is to get in a game.
Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
That reminds me. When I first played the level it was reaaaally hard indeed, and when I finished it, I saw I collected only 8 out of 50 lums. I was like
.... how the HELL is that possible?
I apparently just passed EVERY non-linear passage the first time I played it, and pretty much only collected the obligatory lums. That's just HIALRISOU really.

Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
All the Lums are hidden in really obvious places because there's a trail of them leading to the secret area. These hidden areas are quite off route though and I do sometimes find it annoying to spend so much extra time getting all of the Lums.

Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
I actually find it quite interesting to explore the level
Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
I don't mind searching for Lums in other levels, but I'm really not keen on TSOSAF.

In the PS1 version, it is more linear, but is longer, harder, and has more lums and cages.
Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
I searched for weeks to find the hidden crack in the wall (near the round door) where you need to go in to get the cage
Yea i got the PS1 version and its niceHenchman1028 wrote:In the PS1 version, it is more linear, but is longer, harder, and has more lums and cages.

Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
Say, has anyone succeeded yet in keeping the power fist on the satellite tower for the whole level ? I always lost it before the end of this level.

Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
It's pretty impossible, especially if you're going for the whole level. By the way, there's another one in the room with the spiders.

Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
It maybe should be possible if you take everything before you take the golden fist. But you must take the one in the spider room and save the first one, and then beat all enemies before the "trap". If you loose one of your fist you must get back and take the one you have saved.
Re: Rayman 2: Sanctuary of Stone and Fire
That's impossible. Rayman games are linear.
