I had a grandma that died because she smoked almost her whole life. From around 16 to sixty-something.

Cigarettes are completely useless.

Waste of money in my opinion! It's okay to have the odd one or two I guess, but excessive smoking is plain ridiculous.

I think smoking all together is pointless. All it does is make you feel good for a little while. But at what cost?

Your health.
Your breath.
Your teeth.
Your lips and mouth (after sucking on cigarettes for a long time, your mouth becomes an anus mouth).
Your lungs.
Your skin.
Your brain-power.
Your throat.
Your window of options with boy friends or girlfriends.
Your smell.
Your freedom (having to do it all the time).
Your money (freaking expensive!).

Smoking is foolish. I feel bad for whoever is already addicted to it. :(

its sad because alot of my family members smoke...and drink.

Drinking can be bad, too. If overdone.

I'm not sure if I'll drink or not, since any beer I've smelled so far smells awful. But I'm sure I'll never smoke!

TIP: if you DO drink, do it lightly, dont do drinking games, dont drive if drunk, also a common side effect is waking up with a headache with someone next to you naked.

Or throwing up.

OR, depending on what alcohol it is and how much you've had: pooping uncontrollably, sweating heavily, feeling horrible, and throwing up.

But, I think I'll stop because I'm starting to sound like a PSA.

My grandfather died in a truck crash, my other grandfather dies from lung cancer, my grandmother died from a heart attack and my other granmother died from old age.

I hate them. In Ireland it's illegal to smoke in any enclosed workspace (though pubs are the only ones affected that anyone cares about). Smokers have to stand outside. It pleases me greatly to see this.
