1) Making it fall off the cliff
2) Killing it with the flying shell in the Prison Ship

So I'll go with:

Nobody is going to get it, so I'll just move onto the next question:

(1 = trick them into falling off a ledge, 2 = throw a keg at them, 3 = fly a keg into them)

Question: In what different locations is the Prison Ship seen in throughout the game?
 
Up in the mountains.... and very high above the ground with mountains in the background (in the VERY beginning of the game)

Side to the mountains and over the sea.
 
You can kill gorilla pirates with a flying shell! In the third part of Prison Ship Rayman enters an area where crates and pirates can be found on the ground (at this point the shell is already in flight); it is possible to kill these pirates by crash-landing into them. I demand points!
