That sounds like a challenge to me! I figured out how to play as a different character in Rayman Designer last night. Plums may be the next step!

You change the sprite of the "Reduced Rayman" event in the EVE.MLT then put a reducer in your level. I have a level where you play as Dark Rayman. However, other sprites probably wouldn't move...
