I'm a big fan of the 1st generation game, so I think that the Leaf Green got even more addicting.

I got past the 5th Gym and stopped playing. I don't think I have even touched that game since it came out.

I completed the Pokédex on Ruby version, and it must have burnt me out out, because now I cant make myself do it on Pearl version.

Fire Red was my first Pokémon game. ^-^ Btw Jman, I completed the pokédex in pearl, so I could trade some pokémon, if you please.

My Pearl version hasn't also the complete Pokédex, but in this game it is more frustrating to complete it... I don't like to make the eggs here as well I don't like the 4th generation PKMNs...

I didn't feel special when I did. I felt like I had lost a lot of my life, and saw is go down a drain.

My friend got every pokemon in Pearl legally, except the ones you couldn't obtain legally at the time (Darkrai, Arceus...), which jhe got in trades from a hacker.

It's kinda unfair those events not happening everywhere...

Yeah, Nintendo is only making the best event's for their own country

There aren't events of Nintendo in Portugal, so to get legendaries only by hacking or by trading personally with someone who have a real event Pokémon.

Completing Pokédexes is a nice way of saying "buy another 2 of our games".

At least I always choose the "less chosen" game to be easier to find a PKMN player with the opposite version.

Can easily be broken by downloading the game and using Wi-Fi (my strategy, i don't like using cheats) or hacks/cheats.

I only buy Zelda/Rayman games, and there is one game i'm forced to buy...... Mario&Luigi Bowser's inside story, and i really want that one.

You should, Bowser's inside story is IMPOSSIBLE to play a copy of it (on a flashcard, and the US version), atleast for now.

Maybe not on flashcards but it's still possible to play on no$GBA if you've got DS firmware and the no$Zoomer addon.

These games are the only reason I skipped Platinum.
