Something we don't know about you

Something you don't know about me? I'm currently trying to find a free 3D game maker, to make a game obviously. :P
 
Something about me... well, I've drilled my finger once in CDT, but I was fine afterwards. The result was just a very noticeable black mark on my nail which, as my finger nail grew, slowly went up and up until it vanished. It was quite sad lol.

Also, apparently I have a slight "English" accent when I pronounce certain words, which I think must come from my mum since she lived in London for a good few years. Hmmffph.

People who speak in regional accents think the way they talk is totally neutral. If I heard spiraldoor speak I'd probably recognise a different accent.
 
Many Danes actually do talk with a slightly flat accent, at least compared to people in most other countries. Sounds hillarious when we speak English the same way. It isn't completely flat though, and it changes depending on where in the country you are.
 
I'm terrible at understanding strong accents. Absolutely terrible! And it's also quite embarissing having to ask the person to repeat what they said...

There's a new actor in Eastenders (I can't remember her name but she's quite old and has a pet bird) and her southern accent is so thick, I'm sitting there like "wtf?!".

Thick Scandinavian English accents are always funny. Ever heard of a guy called Petter Solberg?

I'm trying to memorise Hamlet's "To be, or not to be" soliloquy, because it sounds impressive if said in completely unrelated situations. I keep geeting the "And by a sleep to say we end" line wrong.

~Hamlet is from Denmark, but he doesn't have a thick accent, I think.
 
I understood clearly the "Aye, it's very, very good... and, well unfortunately I..." at the beginning, then I got lost. :(
He spoke too fast, I guess?

Lul I have to agree there, I've quoted media before in a conversation :confus:
 
I hate Shakespere, it's so hard to understand anything and then having to do an essay or something on a book is a nightmare... anyone would agree with that.
