Who is that women?

I had sex education when I was 13. And there were exchange students from Germany in class at that time. :lol:
 
Someone's gotta learn it at some point. :/ I was about 11 when I first started having periods so I needed the know.

I always wondered who is that women... Maybe a female Hoodlum? Or a fake voice from a Hoodlum? (Morphed, I don't know)
 
I think it may be morphed. There is clearly a female hoodlum doing it, but it's hard to believe any hoodlum could sound like that.

Everytime I played the level and listened to Globox always talking about her I always thought to myself "Did you forget Uglette? Oo".
