the original portal was fantastic albeit rather short
Even better news: the new Portal 2 will be a LOT longer than the first one, according to the details so far.
It will also have co-op multiplayer.
And the return of GLaDOS.
Ah man... epic.

Okami is absolutely awesome.
I have to say that if you bought a Wii for that, it's a bad choice, because the PS2 version was a LOT more awesome. The Wii version runs on an emulated PS2 engine, and they removed the entire credits movie ( which was epic in my opinion ) in the Wii version.

Yeah, you're right.. Sometimes I wish I had PS2. :(

You can get them really cheap on amazon or ebay. I got one for £30, but it didn't work and I decided to buy a new one, so be careful who you buy from, but it really isn't hard to find a cheap one!

Even more great news! I love co-op as well!!

Also, right now I'm craving the black Wii, however I am often changing my mind about these sorts of things (back in 2006 I was under the impression that the Wii would be better than the PS3 :boon: ) but I think I'll save up for it and get it next month.

They've announced Portal 2 for the PC and 360, but nothing about the PS3. I don't really mind though, as I've already come to the conclusion that it's foolish to buy a Valve game for anything other than the PC.

The idea of Portal co-op is actually pretty amazing when you think about it. One player could have the blue-shooting part of the Portal-gun, the other player could have the orange-shooting part... I am very curious about the outdoor/forest environments...

Also, I presume you've already heard all about the Cave Johnson stuff?

Yeah he seems like a cracking fella...

I just got back my ds lite, albeit without a stylus and cartridge cover and started playing Super Mario 64 again.. I remember why I lent it to someone for so long now.

It takes place hundreds of years after the events of Half-Life 2, but the earth is still a wreck? Does everyone realise the implications of this? This means that humanity will NOT defeat the Combine and rebuild their civilisation... but the Combine aren't going to be in Portal 2 either...?

Anyway, Episode Three.

Well, not necessarily, there are many possible outcomes... maybe the Aperture Science facility was in the middle of nowhere anyway, or something else happened that prevented it from being rebuilt. Or maybe even the humans had to leave the planet...
Anyway, yeah, can't wait for Episode Three

Because of Droolie's pictures about Portal 2, i downloaded Portal.
It's..... AWESOME.
I'm at floor 14 in the beginning, and it's already fun.

Awesome :)
Remember, at the end, you will be baked [garble] cake.

Also, everyone, there's going to be more Portal 2 info throughout the month. So keep an eye on this page ;)

I'm on floor 19, i was stuck there for some time (yeah, that door at the beginning keeps killing me)
So i thought that i would find something for that on youtube..... and then i saw the ''cake'' and the ending.
The robot thing has an phycho voice.
Nice cake btw...

I've been playing Rayman 2 for my Playstation again. I forgot how interesting fighting bosses like Axel, Jano and Ninjaws is.

I am playing Rayman 2 the Great Escape on PS1
On PC I am playing Thief the Metal Age
On XBOX 360 I am playing Fable II

Help of Wii users would be much appreciated:

Ok, so I received my Wii today, and happily unpacked it, set it up etc. but then after shutting it down after a fulfilling (but confusing) game of Wii tennis I noticed that the remote was making an annoying rattling noise when shaken (or when rumbling). It sounds like a piece of loose plastic or something in there... I now ask all the Wii users of this forum whether this is supposed to happen, or if I just have a faulty controller? It would be ever so annoying to have to send back the controller so soon after receiving the console...
