Ok, I've changed my mind.
Unvote
Lynch Aviator
He has given me cause to believe he is part of the resistance. I urge you all to also vote him, although I understand if you are hesitanct at this stage.
Aviator you still have a chance to prove yourself to me, but you better act quick.

Edit: Not that it matters, but I think I know who two Alias accounts belong too. :)

Day 1 - No Lynch

My appologies to all of you, but when I am told to keep an identity secret, I do, until I have reason to believe someone.

Diplodocus, pm me and tell exactly why you think Aviator is one of the resistance.
I don't think we can tell who is on which side in just one day.
I'm not giving my vote away like this.

What do you mean "told to"?

I'm sure Diplodocus has a good reason to vote like this; I'd prefer to know it too though.

I to would like to know what you mean by this. Also, you could have responded with something like this instead of ignoring me before.

Since most of you are unwilling to trust me, I will post my Role PM.

Diplodocus

You are Jonas Lie. You were a successful police officer in the 1930's, and perhaps thanks to your ties with Germany, you now find yourself as Minister of Police under the Quilsing regime, as well as the official leader of the Germanic-SS in Norway.

[I have omitted the part of my role PM which states my alliance and win condition so that the Mafia cannot use it to try and prove their innocence. This might make me seem suspicious, but I feel it's for the best.]

At night, you may send the officers under your order to arrest another user. It is unlikely you will discover anything from them, and they will be released the next morning. However, while in custody they will be able to perform their own Night Actions.
However, there is always the possibilty that this is fake, and if you don't believe me that's not hard to understand. So, this is what I request:
If you are the inspector (someone who can check people's role pms), use your ability on me. But do not go public with the result! You will be an abvious target for the Mafia. Instead, REPORT TO ME, so we can begin really leading the Village. I already have the bodyguard in contact with me, so we'll be able to protect you.

edit: Oh yeah, I'm not planning on using my ability tonight. I don't want to hit the inspector and screw up my own plans. :P

What's the point of the arrest then?

Okay then. This is a little strange but we all make mistakes, so the Host could have messed up a bit there.

Anyways, I'm not voting until Aviator replies. A successful lynch on the first day would be awesome.

Indeed it would, however, an unsuccessful lynch on the first day would be a terrible blow so I advise caution when casting suspicion upon possible allies so early in the game, so I'll sit this lynch out
Day 1 - No Lynch

Very well, since I have been contacted personally by both Bartholomew & Diplodocus - my name is Tryggve Gran, and I have been given the ability to rally "the pulbic" with my reputation.

However, I am still weary of false identities I may have been contacted with, and not by just you two, so I am sitting back and being an observer in all this as much as possible.

After receiving reports from prominent figures from all over the country, Reichskommisar Terboven has made up his mind on who to lynch today. Since most people agree that they have too little information to positively identify anyone as members of the Resistance, he has decided that no one will be executed today. There are some who call for the execution of Aviator, but the overwhelming majority would rather wait and see what happens next than to risk lynching one of their own.

Night 1 starts now!

Ok, thanks for giving us your rolename. There shall be no need to vote to Lynch you tomorrow unless further evidence comes up.

In the meantime, I still want rolenames from Sierra*, Gregorio and Echidna, and am currently suspicious of all three. I would greatly appreciate you all joining me in putting the pressure on these people, as well as everyone else.

*Got one now.

Also, I want EVERYONE to send me a message containing the part of their role pm which states their alliance so I can clear you as village.

Done.

Now let's see what happens

You wake up to a new day, and although most people expected the Resistance to make their first move during the course of the previous night, you are releaved to hear that there are no reports of anyone being killed when you turn on your radio to listen to the morning news broadcast. Even though nobody was killed during the night, the Resistance is still out there, and you are curious as to what Reichskommisar Terboven will do today. Will he order the execution of someone in order to strike before the Resitance?

Day 2 starts now! You may now vote to lynch somebody. There is a slight change of the voting procedure, though:

IMPORTANT INFO! EVERYBODY READ THIS!:
There is a slight change in the voting-procedure, as I felt the idea of the people voting towards a person getting lynched seemed a little too democratic for the Germans. Instead of making votes towards lynching somebody (or nobody), you may now "report" someone to the German authorities for being a member of the Resistance. The voting mechanism remains the same, but instead of writing "Lynch [user]" you now write "Report [user]" or "No Report" if you don't want anyone to be executed. If you wish to change your report, you write "Change Report - Report [user]/No Report".

Whoa, I expected the night to be longer... anyway right now I'm not suspicious towards anyone, so I'll wait a bit.
