What games are you currently playing?

Damnit. Thanks for the reply anyway. I've sent an email to nintendo support, I hope they can send a new one or something...

Do that, because that's not really normal to happen in a Wii-Remote.

I've been playing SPORE again, plus RRR for GBA.

They sent me some crappy auto-email telling me to send it to them  This means it'll be even longer before I can play Metroid Prime Trilogy... unless I get a new one, I was always gonna get at least 2 anyway. Does anyone know how much the Black Wii-motes with motion plus go for in shops in the UK? I know they're like £35 on amazon, but how much in the shops?

Not sure how much they are in pounds but at least in European stores with €uro currency it's usually 39,99€. It must be around then 35£/36£.

I ordered Metroid Prime Trilogy. Prime 1 on gamecube was good, and I recommend it. You just have to get used to the backtracking and control scheme. I'm holding back from playing 2: Echoes until the trilogy arrives, as I'd like to keep the gamecube version sealed ^^

I loved Metroid Prime, though I never owned a GameCube, so I wasn't ever able to play through it completely. I'd love to one day.

And now an image from a session of Synergy.

Really? I'm pretty sure I saw a commercial today.

I never played any of the games, but I used to love the Pokémon series on TV as a kid. I even watched the first movie in cinema. Maybe I'll play one of the games sometime... should I start with Pokémon red, or are there better games?

Well, Pokémon Blue is equally good, but imo those two are definitely the best games in the series. I kinda grew out of Pokémon after Gold/Silver so I don't know much about the games after those, though.

Try FireRed/LeafGreen. ^-^ Those are the remakes of Red and Blue. I've got FireRed and Pearl. It's kinda funny, because I had never bought a Pokémon game if the Rabbids hadn't existed. I got FireRed when I returned RRR1, because for some reason it didn't work on my comp. Instead of getting back my money, I had to pick another game, which turned out to be FireRed.

(I typed out this post before seeing Quickfist's.)

You may want to start with FireRed or LeafGreen (the remakes of Red and Blue), but I'd say go for the true originals in all their glitchy glory. Encountering MissingNo is a gaming experience unlike any other.

I prefer Red to Blue simply because it feels more 'proper'. The games' protagonist's canon name is RED and the rival's name is BLUE, so playing Pokémon Blue rather than Red just feels a bit... off.
